Food Donation Drive Inspiration

OOur Inspiration

With the Inspiration from Clement (Story Below) I was enquiring about this and as usual my college professor (GTP mam) called me and said she would help me find the details and to distribute the funds. And In the mean time my college HOD (PN sir) enquired me about my plan. Later in an hour he messaged me back saying why don't we do this ourselves to make sure it reaches to the right people and he said he will help us with the logistics and he supported and helped us finding our solider, last but not least our solider Prasanth (my college student) and his team joined us to help distributing the food. And hence this food drive formed. Without each one's support and inspiration this wouldn't haven been possible.

After the first day's food distribution, my professor sent me the message (below listed) and Prasanth sent me some photos that made my heart broken and decided to take this further and I started collecting funds for this cause with my family and friends so that we can do it longer. With everyone's blessing we are planning to continue this as long as possible.

Here is the message from my professor on the day 1:

Myself, my husband and Prasanth went to mess and collected food at 10.30 AM. We saw few people waiting in kutchery medu ready for this packets. We stopped there. Prasanth came behind within 3 minutes. Within that few minutes 10 people came to line.

Then we went to few houses and distributed. It was really heart breaking to see people lying in bus stand waiting for food. We went to bus stand also.

The beauty is, when we bundled the food packets from mess, one lady saw us and asked what we are doing? We told this, and immediately she also got 15 packets and went for distribution. That's chain of love.
